North Chagrin Trail run is back this week

Our usual Thursday night trail run is back this week, 7/22.

Meet at the Strawberry Pond picnic area parking lot. We leave at 6:30pm.

Might be a shorter run this week because I am still hurting a bit from my race last weekend.

Strawberry Pond picnic area parking lot, leave at 6:30pm

We run about 50-60 minutes easy pace.

Two weeks ago I ran by myself and I was lonely, so come keep me company, please.
