What is your big goal for the new year?
Do you have an event you have signed up for? Your first race ever?

My big one is way early: Wildflower Half Iron - first Sunday in May. Then its off to the HFP Wheelie Fun race series - the whole thing - Olympic distance all summer. The IronFan at Cedar Point. I'm also doing the Boston Marathon on the running front which I'll focus on the next few months.

Keep refining my nutrition, it's made a big difference in the last month or two. I'll be completing a few training sprints and then I plan on completing the Chicago Olympic distance and Portage Lakes Olympic. These will be my first Olympic distance events.

Good luck with Chicago. I am doing it for the 4th time this year. Lets keep in touch and maybe meet up there.

You obviously like it if this is your 4th year, that's great to see. I'm really looking forward to it. We'll definitely stay in touch.
