Anyone know anything about this? I am really trying to focus on my running this winter and I came upon this book. It sounds good because it supposedly helps with running longer distances. I am doing a half next year I want to be a lot stronger in the run. I am 4 chapters in and still wondering if this is really for me.

Not to be nonchalant, but all the fast runners i know just plain old run. Chi, pose, whatever....i think you can find success no matter which you choose as long as you commit to running.
Good luck!

I loved the book. Took me from constant knee pain to 5-8 miles pain free. My problems were I was a heel striker and I ran like a duck, with both feet pointed out. Focusing on the ChiRunning "focuses" really helped me. The "Chi" stuff can get a little annoying, but I found some really useful techniques in there. Highly recommended.
