I just wanted to publically say thank you to Mike (aka watchman) for helping out and being the first on the scene to Ehren's crash at Alan's Elite. Even though you had friends and family at the race, you dropped everything to help us. Also a huge thank you to the others at the race who helped us out as well, we are so thankful for your assistance. Ehren will be okay...a broken wrist, a few loose teeth, chipped front tooth, and lots of road rash (even on his teeth) he was very lucky. This crash resulted from his tubular tire peeling off the disc going around a really sharp turn. Please be careful out there - tubulars are designed for straighter courses and when the weather is hot the glue softens and around a tight turn the tire can roll right off. ...just our two cents. Thanks a million guys.

It was good to see Ehren out there today in good spirits. What a difference a day makes - it looked like he was in a boxing match yesterday - not a triathlon !!
Scary stuff. Its good to hear that all is as well as can be expected.

I was hoping I was wrong when caught a quick glimpse of him at the race yesterday with what looked like a cast on his arm.
Speedy recovery, Ehren.
