Weather Advisory
Hi racers! My name is Stacey Kaiser and I'm a Fleet Feet triathlete from Stow, OH. I'm moving back in 5 months, but right now I am a meteorologist for KRDO in Colorado Springs. I always keep an eye on Cleveland weather, especially for race days!
As your heading to packet pick-up on Saturday temperatures will be in the low to mid 80s with some afternoon clouds and a chance for a few storms. And when you're waking up in the "middle of the night" to get ready for race morning look for warm and humid conditions with temperatures in the low 70s. Race start will most likely be in the mid to upper 70s but warming up quickly to the 80s. Most of the race will be in the mid 80s making it to around 90 by afternoon. So the good news is you won't have to deal with storms or wind, but it is going to be sunny, hot and humid so make sure you hydrate! Have a great race!
Construction Notice - Route 2
Please note that there is a major construction project on Route 2, west of the Headlands Beach exit. For the most part you will not be affected unless you are staying at the Comfort Inn, the host hotel. If you are staying at the host hotel, your best bet is to get there off of I-90. Once you are at the hotel, they will have directions on how to get to Headlands Beach State Park.

I'll believe it when I see it. All I've trained in this year is wind and rain. Most of my racing has been that way too.
