Kim it was a great race for me I played it safe for most of the race to make sure that i was able to run the whole thing with no walking except the hills. And even playing it safe I came in under 6 hours I'm not sure what my official time is yet, so I am really happy and I feel pretty good this morning.
Chuck, the tri top was really comfortable for the whole run with no chafing or riding up. I had played around with a lot of combos in training and this worked the best. In training it was even more useful because I could carry a lot of extra snacks that wouldn't fit in my hydration pack pocket.
