Excellent riding weather today. Great to see many Cleveland Triathlon Club members out there. Pasta meal was pretty good too.

That lunch was way better than the spaghetti dinner I paid $12 for the night before, and the bike club was cooking for 700!! Nice seeing/riding with, so many club members. How did I miss you Craig?

Yes, I agree-that pasta, meatballs, and chicken tasted sooooo good! Definitely hit the spot after some great riding. I really enjoy getting out there with other CTC members!

Nice day for it! Last year it was hot as balls and windy as hell. People bonked. Everyone make it through in good shape?

Did the 62 miles and had a blast. Aimee also did the 62, new milestone for her as she builds her base for IM UTAH next year. Chatted with many people on the route. Just friendly chit chat with those riding.
Convinced the next bike we get will be a tandem. Have to start saving now.

Really enjoyed the ride! Rode 100 miles with Ritt and Miceli joined us for the first 62. What a difference sharing the work makes.
Great day to ride some hills, see some friends and pass some buggies!

Had a really good time. I decided while on the road to do the 62. It's by far the longest I've ridden a bike in two years. But it was such a nice morning for it, why not? I dont think I need to bike any more this year. Let's go out on top!
I could have done without the section through Chardon. Take a farily busy roadway and throw in a couple of stereotypical arrogant bike nerds about 20 feet ahead of me, and it made for one of the less-relaxing moments of the morning.

It was another great event put on by all, from the Cleveland Touring Club, Jacob from Mountain Road Cycles Chagrin Falls/Chardon, Burton Century Village, Geauga County Sheriff, SAG Support, Short Wave Radio Club..... Oh, All those great cooks! It was a "priceless" day for cycling..... ;D Absolutely Perfect Weather! A big shout out to Adam Patrick, Joe Edwards, and Matt Collister! And anyone else who is "adapting to change".... Adam, for making that effort to get back at it, super to see you on the ride yesterday..... Two years back it was great hanging with you during the first half of STOMP 07, as well....... Stay strong Adam!....... Matt, overcoming foot surgery takes great strength! And you have a great lady supporting your efforts, Jen......... Putting in the miles yesterday had to be a challenge.... Joe, I had no idea that was Janet's husband I passed on the way to "Big Creek Park" rest-stop....... Hearing your story about your mountain bike crash last week and that poor helmet you destroyed, and to have you cruising on the ride yesterday... Super Effort Dude! Oh thanks again for the bottled water, as we were chillin waiting for Tim Ritt and Janet to finish there 100 miles... I ended up with 93 miles.... Biking too and from the event, and then too have that "inner voice" say bike 20 miles more Brian, before you crash on that sofa and call it a "Sunday in June" Brian p.s. next years date is June 13th, 2010. Same place, same time.... Pre register to get on the road earlier and avoid the day of registration lines...........

Did the 100 - last loop was really lonely as most had gone through earlier and I was concerned I was lost as there was no one to follow - I rode with Right side of the Road group, but they finished at the 62. Brilliant day out though, and enjoyed the comments from the cyclist relaxing after the ride when I went out for a run....... MAD being one of the polite remarks.
