I am curious if anyone routinely videotapes themselves to help improve their S/B/R technique?
This spring, as I've "rediscovered" powerlifting, I've been taping myself a lot at the gym. Squats, deadlifts, cleans, etc. Viewing it on my own and sharing it via the Web with other experienced lifters for feedback has been extremely valuable in understanding what I am doing wrong/right and improving my technique.
With flip cameras available pretty cheaply, and fabulous social media tools like this forum, it seems like a good tool for weekend warrior athletes.

Bike Authority just filmed me while I was in for a fitting. It was actually pretty cool to see the angles of my feet as I was rotating through the pedal stroke. They also used it to analyze the angles around my positioning. They import the video into a program called "Dart Fish". Apparently, a full Dart Fish optimization session takes a lot of time and a lot of video to optomize. Interesting stuff...
