CTC will be hosting a table at the St. Malachi. This 5-mile race is the unofficial kickoff to the Cleveland racing season. They get a great turnout of about 2,000 people for this race. We will have an info table for Cleveland Triathlon Club and area triathlon races. Hermes is letting us have the table in exchange for helping with pre- race food setup and post race food management. We need about 12 volunteers for the table and the food. If you are racing, come on by the table to say hello and help out. If you have any race information, please get it to me and we will set it out on the table. If you are running the race, please wear any CTC gear you might own. The bigger the presence the better.

March 14, 2009. The race is late at 9:45. We need to be there by 7:30 for set up of the table and for the early bird who pick up their race packets early. The after race food should be done by 11:30 or so.

Will you want me there for the duration? Or are you setting it up in 2 hour shifts or whatever?
I'm free for the duration if need be. Just show up @ 7:30am right? Don't need to know anything else?

Well the knee is still not cooperating so I will also be available to help if you still need people. I thought I might have been able to run but no go.
Let me know.

Jack and others who may be available, we definitely still need people! This is due to fact that the majority of the volunteers that have posted here are already committed to racing the event and will have limited time, especially when it may be most needed.

I'm hoping to run, but I can't stay when it's over because I already have plans for later that day. Maybe I can come early (before the race) to help.
