Anyone have suggestions on what training plan would be good for 3rd year Clydesdale? I used the "Tri training in 5 hours a week" plan but want something a little more for better results.

www.ontri.com has some good training programs, Yoiu can also keep track of your training progress. What are youu training for?

So far I am doing a sprint in June and July. Chicago Oly at the end of August.
