Excellent Tureky Trot for Homeless Akron

Their is a excellent race Thanksgiving morning in Akron that attacted over 1400 runners in 2007.

Its a 4 mile run or walk that my family has done for years and its for a great cause. Its a low budget race and you get a pair of cheap gloves instead of a expensive T-Shirt. Their is also a 1 mile race

BTW its always cold and hilly with high point Cementary Hill

It is a great race. My family has done it for a few years too. The cemetary is really cool and challenging. A good way to earn that turkey later and help some others out at the same time.
