Xterra and Carnation are both held at West Branch park, but the starting areas are somewhere around 3 to 5 miles apart. Second best bargin in local triathlons behind Lighthouse in Fairport Harbor.

just got word that the bike course has been changed a bit and it shortens the ride by one mile....See ya there.

www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=217211827 miles net elevation gain wind forecast to be out of s / sw at 10mph my guess is there won't be many PR's on the bike tomorrow BTW- Reeder Rd is pretty beat up, especially the area closest the shoulder Miceli, Lisa and I are heading over tomorrow - see you all there

is there a website for just the tri? the only thing I can find is the main carnation fest pages, I went ahead and registered so I will see everyone there.
