I know this race gets a lot of bad press on this forum but I'll stick my neck out and say that it was a great day to race in Cleveland. It was a little bit windy which made the swim and the bike a little more challenging but that's what we're looking for right? The best thing about the race this year was the involvement of the families and friends of kids with CP. There were parents on the bike course and the run course pushing and pulling there kids along. Its hard to feel sorry for yourself (..I feel like crap...I wish I could just stop...why didn't I run/bike/swim more this summer...) when you see these kids who may never be able to do what you are doing. They did a great job of getting all of these kids on the podium at the awards. Overall great racing conditions, good bike and run course. My only wish is that they'd go back to the old swim course so I could enjoy the view.

Got tenth in the race, what can I complain about... well... the bike was really cool until I had to go over the d**n bridge that was super bumpy.
