For those of you who train with a CT, I was wondering if you notice a significant drop in the spinscan numbers when you go from sitting on the base bar to going to the aeroposition. My numbers are normally average at best (about mid to upper 60s to lower 70s) but drops down to the 50s in the aero position.

I don't have that problem. Have you tried varying how you push the pedals? I find that if I treat the pedal like a cross-country ski instead of mashing down on it, I can easily stay in the high 70s if not higher.

thanks for the input. I think that I might be mashing on them when I am in the aero position which results in a lower number. it seems that my hip flexors are somewhat weak and so I have some trouble on the pulling up portion when I'm in the aero position. when I'm sitting up, it doesn't seem to be much of a problem.
I was fitted at BA so the fit should be fine.
