Anyone doing this race or one of the races? I believe its on the 26th..
I was considering doing the 10 miler at a slower than normal pace.. Maybe like a 9:00 minute mile pace or slower...

I am doing the 10miler. I did it last year and thought it was fun. Hoping to beat my time from last year but we shall see!

I will be there also and nine minute miles is about what I am up for. I may meet Rob Reddy at Wendys at 2am Friday night for pre race nutrition.

Great job to all the CTC runners today I happened to catch the results and you all should be very proud! Saw results for Jen and Jodi - sub 8 nice job. Great work Jack, way to go on your first real "long" run
I would be remiss if I did not mention one Mr Miceli, aka, SPEEDY! Nice opening 530 mile and great 620 pace OA. Now then, if Iwas your coach I would say you went out a bit too fast.....ha ha great work to all as well as those I failed to mention
