It is not his running style or ability. He is like Eric Liddell. ( chariots of Fire )
His running is an extension of the life inside of him.
What he says is more the key than anything else.
Powerful. Life Changing.

Hey Mike,
I think I get what your saying.......yeah, Ryan is a man of deep faith and he wears it very well
BUT,
It really is his style and ability - the man is smooth and doesn't seem to break down. I know that the London Marathon will be broadcast on the internet - if your able to watch this then, in my opinion, its a must see. Just watch the front runners - Ryan will be there - and observe their form. Look for things like their hand position and arm swing. Grab your watch and count their cadence and just observe these elite runners overall posture. I believe that anyone that does this and effectively applies it too their training will benefit greatly.
Just my 2cents.....

Just got a chance to watch this Dave. Very cool. What a nice place to run. Sometimes I have dreams I am running down the road effortlessly like Ryan seems to do.
I remember doing a half marathon a couple years ago I think it was the Spring Classic which is an out and back course of two loops so you see the lead runners three times. The guy who won that year was a young kid who posted a really fast time and I remember just looking in awe at how he ran by going really fast but so relaxed and with perfect form. It is so cool to watch.
