The Cleveland Triathlon Club has been asked to provide bike escorts for wheelchair athletes at the Rite Aide Marathon next weekend. (Sunday May 20th)
We need 25 Cyclist to ride 26.2 miles while escorting the athletes.
Sounds like a really cool way to view the race. If I for some reason was not running myself, I would do this without a second thought.
If you are interested please contact Brooks at bmodie@gmail.com .
This is a great opportunity to represent the club in Cleveland's biggest race. We will be at the front of the race.

What's the deadline for volunteering? If my foot injury isn't healed enough to walk (or my podiatrist tells me not to walk the 10K), I might be able to persuade my husband to let me volunteer.

There is no real firm date but obviously the sooner the better so the coordinators can accurately place people. Hope your foot heals expeditiously.
