Sunday morning, January 13th
Macedonia Rec Center
20 minutes each of swimming (pool), biking (stationary) and running (treadmill). How far can you go?
Refreshments will be provided and awards will be presented!

How will the indoor tri count for the BEAST series. Will you be able to use any of the indoor tris? I ask only because I will be in Phoenix the 13th.

As the Beast is set up, only the February indoor tri will count to keep it fair.

Yes, we are working on the date for February and we are pretty sure it will be at the Chagrin Valley Athletic Club...

Do you need volunteers for this? I am not ready to compete b/c my swimming SUCKS. But would like to help out if needed.

Yes! We could use volunteers to help with lap counting and recording treadmill mileage, etc.

For all those registered for the Indoor Tri this Sunday at the Mecedonia Rec Center, you should have received an "info" email. If you did not, please let us know.
Volunteers - please be there by 7:40 am. We could always use more volunteers!!!

I can volunteer.....assuming I can use their pool when I'm done or will be given a T-shirt.
On second thought I'll volunteer regardless, but would like to swim afterwards (or before) if we are able. Do you know if this will be possible?

You can use the facility after the triathlon, but I do not know their pool hours/schedule.

Do we know when the Feb. indoor tri is going to be?
I want to do race at the Master meet in Lakewood as well as the indoor tri, I just hope they aren't on the same day!

We are having a few issues scheduling the February Indoor Triathlon - mainly, securing a venue. All I can say is stay tuned! We will send out a blast email too once plans are finalized.
