Just joined CTC to get some added inspiration for the coming season. Runner (many 10K's and a few marathons) over the past few years and haven't swum or ridden for almost 20 years, did a few Tri's back then. Looking for some training partners in the Stow/Hudson/Kent area. Running a 7-9 min/mile, biking and swimming times are unknowns. Right now don't think I could swim more than 2 laps without resting. If anyone is swimming at a fitness club around Stow in the AM, let me know how crowded they are, don't want to sign up and get run over by you professionals. Also need some bike fit help, built it up over the winter but know I need some help getting everything situated properly. Plan on doing some DU training at IRA trailhead in the valley with the Fat Rabbit training series over the next couple weekends, if your going to be there let me know. My only drawback to training times are a 2 month old daughter that requires frequent cuddling, feeding and changing, and a loving wife that I want to keep that way.
