Cannot remember the road name, but the loop near the end of the parkway before riverview road, is there a horse trail that goes that way also? I need to find a run that has lots of sharp up and downs that is off road to get ready for my first tri of the year.
thanx...SP

Brecksville reservation is full of hilly bridle trails. Just don't get lost and end up doing way more mileage than you had planned. If you don't mind running my slow pace, I'd be happy to show you around some time. Sunday would be the next time I'll be able to get out there. Chuck

what time you planning on running and how far? I'm at the end of a recovery week so my pace will be slowwwww and I do not want to run more than an hour. My pace will be in the 10 to 11 minute range. If this works let me know.

An hour is good. How about 10:00 at Hariett Keeler memorial? It's right off the entrance from rt 82. I prefer to start from "the meadows", but the road is closed there. Memorial is #2 on this map, but map isn't very good. It's a small, maybe 6 or 7 parking spots, lot about 1/4 mile from the rt 82 entrance on the right side of the road. If you get to the nature center you went too far. www.clemetparks.com/visit/index.asp?ispopup=yes&action=rmaps&reservations_id=1006All are welcome. Trails were in decent shape last weekend, but there will be some mud and creek crossings, (don't wear you good white shoes).
