I can give the spreadsheet a look later this afternoon and double-check. I looked at last year and only 11 teams (I think...) hit the 500 mile benchmark.

OK only 84 miles, not 88....only 416 more! I check everyones sheet when we enter into the official NCC race tracker (which was last done Tuesday) so there were a few double counts (yards & meters) since then which have now been removed.

All the latest entries have been entered into the official race standings. CTC is in division 2 and holding steady at number 5 in the standings by Swim Mileage and in Overall Total Points! Some of you look to be behind in entering data (like Mr. Kurilko who I know earned that 18.5 Mile Run on Sunday) so enter it in when you get a chance and we will get you caught up. Lots of big swim numbers for CTC like Jay McAbier, Tiffany Heindel and Anna Barry, who are all over 14 miles now for December! Way to go! Official standings can be found here. www.racetracker.caTo date, 24 people have signed up for the USAT NCC. 20 have entered data. 10 men. 10 women. CTC women have been dominant so far to the men racking up 83.62 swim miles and a total of 1422.52 miles compared to the men with 65.57 swim miles and 1226.06 total miles! Girls rule! ;D |

Results are currently up to date in the USAT Website NCC Website. CTC finished 8th overall on the Division 2 Swim Standings for January. January is BIKE MONTH! Target is 7500 Miles. Currently we have 27 people on our roster. If 20 of us each bike 94 Miles a week, we can hit it! (If anyone wants to come on board now, it is not too late) This is a great way to get 2011 off on the right foot if your goal is to track your miles for the year! CTC is currently ranked at #3 in the bike session. Keep it up! In terms of mileage, our overall mileage leaders are- 1. Kelly Baker - 508 Miles (25 Swam, 478 Biked, 5 Ran) 2. Tanya Cady - 447 Miles (18 Swam, 317 Biked, 111 Ran) 3. Janet Edwards - 419 Miles (16 Swam, 190 Biked, 212 Ran) 4. Christian Kurilko - 416 Miles (24 Swam, 220 Biked, 172 Ran) 5. Jen Petrovsek - 369 Miles (11 Swam, 207 Bikes, 144 Ran) To date in terms of points (Bike + 10*Swim Miles + 3*Run Miles) our leaders are- 1. Janet - 996 2. Christian - 979 3. Tanya - 840 4. I am hanging my head in shame.... Chose to be party boy last week instead of working out - now I'm getting my a$$ handed to me and everyone can see it.
On the plus side - I can't wait to enter the number 10,000 a week from Sunday!

Sorry, I got a couple of days behind in entering our miles this week, but our standings against the other clubs looks good!
We are CLUB #3 out of 10 in our division for RUN MILES! Awesome!
Overall in divsion 2 we are club #5 out 10.
