Frankie - forget the wind trainer - focus on a fluid trainer - much smoother and not so loud

I got mine a few months back - found it on Craigslist. Check out CL and slowtwitch.com for trainers. I got a Cyclops II and love it. Or, if you decide to purchase, be sure to go through Bike Authority for a good deal (CTC members get a discount).

i know i know but my coach pete gladden specifically wants me to have a wind trainer ( we have gone over this, trust me ) i want to do everything he says. Jim you know pete, so you know i want to comply.
