is there anyone who is a tri coach? i think i need help in preparing for the 1/2 IM next year. i have bought books but still a little overwhelmed. i think it might be best to have a coach, rather then trying to figure it all out. not even sure it is an appropriate goal. if there are coaches for hire can you give me details about what it entails, the length, and the cost? if need be send me a personal message. thanks
