Here is another fun one for our long distance lovers.

http://www.greatlakesrelay.com/index.php?&MMN_position=1:1

It is a cross country relay that can have a max of 10 members covering 250+ miles of cross country over 3 days. Relays can have fewer runners if people want to run more than the 25 miles per person.

If the dates workout next year I might be looking for relays members in the spring :)

With my seemingly endless hiatus from running with no end in sight due to this d**n knee, I am going to concentrate on cycling and swimming this year. I am going to do the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundations 105 mile bike ride in Death Valley. It is not a competitive ride but it is scenic and HOT. And for a really good cause.

Race your bike Jack!

www.spinbikeshop.com will have an updated calender with all sorts of races you can jump into. IT'll be nice to race for $20 a pop too....and perhaps get paid doing so if you podium. :)

Now that I will have some more free time to train, I plan on at least 1 HIM, but maybe 2. Cedar Point and Musselman (this is a fun one). We'll see what else pops up.

No Triple T this year, but those of you into painful, yet very fun experiences, should give it a shot. I won a wet suit last year.
